INVER

Description

Inver is a trio consisting of three highly acclaimed folk instrumentalists: Rune Barslund, Kevin Lees and Matthew Jones. They play own compositions with roots in the Scottish and Celtic folk music. They get their inspiration both from the familiar traditional sound of fast flowing tunes together with unique self-composed material and tasteful arrangements, giving the band a particular sound in the genre.

The trio has done their folk music homework and knows the musical traditions they play, and at the same time they challenge them creating an innovatory expression. Expect captivating arrangements, a variety of musical emotions, and musicianship of the highest order.
